This big kit will make a complete structure with front and back. It is a poured-in-place concrete cold storage structure with flexibility of length and depth. By moving the wall panels to your desired arrangement, the footprint can be up to 18 long x 4-3/4 deep or as shown in the photos, 15-3/4 long x 7 inches deep. Approximately 44 inches of wall panels are included in this big kit. If you wish to build the structure into a low relief back alley, you can make a wall 36 inches long with short sides 2-1/2 inches deep. You will have one 4 inch piece left over.
The included loading docks as shown will add 1-1/2 inches to the depth. Also included are cooling tower, roof entry shed, 3 concrete stairs, 3 roof vent turbines and full color instructions. Vehicles and trains are not included.
For the best quality, this kit is crafted in the same high strength resin as our gas stations and drive-ins are.

We left the roof removable and added HO scale ballast to our model. Due to the many choices of colors and roof textures, ballast or gravel is not included in the kit.
