This structure can be used as a Bar, Hobby Shop, Cafe or whatever you
desire. Produced in true S-scale, 1/64, Kathy's Greasy Spoon is typical of
Cafes seen across America. This cafe would look great right next to our gas
station. The footprint is 5-1/4 wide x 8 inches. Cast in high quality
polyurethane tooling resin with separate injection molded plastic windows and
doors. The kit includes a high quality sheet of full color signs and posters,
including the posters shown in the photos and more. The swamp cooler, propane tank and six
(6) trashcans are also included. The cars and Woodland Scenics foliage are not
included. This kit does not include interior detail.
